The courses of the Echocardiography Academy are hosted by senior physicians of the German Heart Centre Berlin and the Charité. The lecturers are exclusively specialists in internal medicine - cardiology, have many years of experience and expertise in the field of echocardiography as well as in other versatile focal points and are authors of numerous scientific publications and textbook articles on the subject.
All Kurse comply with the DEGUM guidelines and the KBV ultrasound agreements. They are certified by the DEGUM and all registered with the Berlin Medical Association.
Lectures of high quality and at the same time illustrative are supplemented and deepened in practical exercises in small groups on patients.
With its modern equipment, the "White Hall" at the German Heart Institute Berlin offers both the possibilities for multimedia-based teaching of theoretical content and sufficient space for practical training and discussion in individual groups.
